Once you get there, is this where you wanted to be? Are we all here together? You will notice that we make no specific mention of either the Retail Distribution Review or of Treating Clients Fairly. These important regulatory initiatives are simply part of the landscape, and will inform the journey plan, in the same way as the economic climate and technology do. They are part of the process and are successfully dealt with by default. The key is to take a holistic, joined-up and thought out approach, which puts the firm and its’ clients at the centre of everything.
