Note for IE8 users
If you are unable to view the content of the threesixty extranet after entering your usual log-in details this could be due to your machine using the new version of Internet Explorer which is ‘Internet Explorer 8’. To resolve this issue you need to perform the following change to your browser settings:
1. Go to ‘Tools’ on your main toolbar
2. Click ‘Compatibility View Settings’
3. You should then have the option to add the threesixty web-site address in the section where it prompts you to do so
4. The issue should then be resolved
