threesixty Seminars to Cover Offshore Investment
threesixty, is staging a series of seminars over the next month on offshore investment issues.
The next series of threesixty’s Key Issues Seminars will address the intricacies of the major packaged investment contracts, including on and offshore bonds, unit trusts and Oeics, and examine the situations in which each of them provides the most suitable solutions.
The seminars, which are being staged in association with Standard Life Investments, will begin with an overview of the offshore market, consider why the investment landscape is continually changing and, by the use of case studies, look at demystifying and simplifying offshore investing so that IFAs are better equipped to offer a wider range of investment solutions to their clients.
Once offshore has been placed in context, the presenters will move on to consider how each of the main packaged investments can be used to meet different client needs.
David Ingram, a director at threesixty, commented: “The offshore market can seem daunting but, once the misconceptions have been removed, IFAs who are aware of the opportunities find that they offer a whole new dimension to the advice they give. These seminars will help them navigate this market.”
Entrance to the seminars is free. The seminars will start at 9.30am for coffee for 10am and will finish around 12.30pm to 1pm with a light lunch.
IFAs can reserve a place at the seminars by emailing seminars@threesixtyservices.co.uk. There is a limit of 15 IFAs per seminar, so early application is advisable.
